At Grand Wear, we are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we gladly facilitate exchanges so you can find the perfect fit, style, or item.

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items requested after this window will not be eligible.

Conditions for Exchange


Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original tags must be attached and packaging must be intact.

Items must be free from perfume, stains, deodorant marks, or any visible wear.

Sale items, undergarments, and custom/personalized pieces are not eligible for exchange.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate an Exchange


Contact our team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for exchange.

Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.

Ship the item back securely. We recommend a tracked service — Grand Wear is not liable for items lost in transit.

Once the item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
