By accessing our store and placing an order with Grand Wear, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all customers and transactions.

Grand Wear reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product, price, or policy at any time without prior notice.

All content on our platforms — including images, descriptions, and branding — is the intellectual property of Grand Wear and may not be reproduced without written consent.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who violates our policies or engages in abusive, fraudulent, or dishonest conduct.

2. Orders & Pricing


All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Grand Wear reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Order confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp upon successful payment. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Grand Wear is not liable for orders placed using incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

3. Payments


We accept payments via bank transfer, Jazz Cash, EasyPaisa, and cash on delivery (COD) where applicable.

Orders will only be processed upon payment confirmation. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.

Grand Wear does not store any sensitive payment information on our systems.

4. Exchanges & Returns


Grand Wear operates on a strict no-refund policy. Exchanges are offered in accordance with our Exchange Policy outlined below.

Attempting to misuse the exchange policy through fraudulent claims will result in permanent account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability


Grand Wear shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item in question.
